You may complete the Registration form Online. Once you have completed the registration a board member will reach out to you for the next steps. 

Parents will be required to sign waiver below prior to attending scheduled events. 

By signing this form, I understand and agree that neither Rocket City Riot Baseball, coaches, managers, trainers or affiliates will be responsible for any and all accidents or injuries incurred to my child, myself or other spectators while attending or participating in a Rocket City Riot Baseball Team events or tryout. I, the parent/guardian, of the player named in the form confirm that my child is in good health and able to participate within the physical demands of a vigorous athletic tryout.
